Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities
Barth Industries specializes in precision machining with a focus on succeeding with projects that other firms find challenging; achieving high-precision, tight tolerance work on a variety of materials including cast iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel and aluminum components. Our fleet of advanced horizontal CNC machining centers, including 10+ Okuma machines, handles parts ranging from 200-1000 mm diameter and up to 1000 pounds with exceptional accuracy.
Our competitive advantage lies in our ability to machine cast iron and other abrasive materials that other shops avoid due to equipment wear and complexity. With twin pallet systems, tombstone setups accommodating 6-8 pieces, and rapid changeover capabilities, we maintain continuous spindle operation for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Our 10-ton overhead crane capacity and specialized fixturing design allow us to handle large, complex components that require precision assembly and finishing.

From larger parts for materials handling systems to just-in-time manufacturing for automotive assembly facilities, we support medium to high-volume production runs (500+ pieces monthly). Our flexible manufacturing approach accommodates blanket orders with three-month firm commitments and annual forecasting, ensuring our partners never miss critical delivery windows.

We perform 100% inspection on every part, maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) capabilities for complex measurements, and provide complete traceability back to shift, machine, and manufacturing details. Our quality processes ensure first article approval and PPAP documentation meet the highest industry standards.
